All Sew by M pieces are handmade and made to order.

  • Production time: approximately 2–3 weeks before shipping.

  • We ship within Mauritius and internationally.

  • International delivery typically takes 3–4 weeks after dispatch.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges
As all pieces are handmade and made to order, Sew by M does not accept returns or exchanges.
