How to Measure

  • Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

If your measurements fall between sizes, or if you would like a larger or smaller size than our standard EU 38–40, please contact Sew by M before placing your order. Due to the handcrafted and upcycled nature of our pieces, size adjustments may be possible depending on fabric availability.

Are all pieces unique?


Yes. Sew by M works with vintage embroideries, antique lace, and heirloom textiles, making each piece one of a kind.

What size are the dresses?


Most pieces are made in one size (approximately EU 36–40). Larger or smaller sizes may be available upon request. Please contact Sew by M before ordering.

Will my dress look exactly like the photos?


Not always. While the silhouette can be recreated, embroidery, lace, and fabric details may vary depending on the vintage materials available.

Is my dress made after I order?


Yes. Each piece is handmade upon request and crafted individually by the designer.

How long does production take?


Production times vary depending on the design. Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks before shipment.

Can I request custom adjustments?


Minor adjustments may be possible depending on the design. Please contact Sew by M before placing your order.

Do you ship internationally?


Yes. Sew by M ships internationally to selected destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
