All Sew by M pieces are handmade and made to order. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible as production may have begun.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sewbym403@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, lace, and other vintage materials are part of the unique character of each piece and are not considered defects.
